Astrofactors customers are used to getting personal attention to detail, extensive knowledge of the cameras and common software and when necessary, arrange for custom camera configurations. Custom solutions such as GPS integration and water cooling along with custom interfaces. Astrofactors has been proud to serve clients like the Las Cumbes Astronomy Network, Las Alamos National Lab, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Stanford National Accelerator Laboratory (SLAC), Jet Propulsion Lab (JPL), Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Southwest Research Institute (SWRI), many Universities including University of Arizona and MIT and most importantly the larger amateur astrophotography community.

I personally am an astrophotographer, with 3 remote piers that I operate. So, I have full knowledge of Observatory Design and Operations along with necessary software for remote operations.

What I do:

• I stand behind every product.
• I am focused on Astrophotography products.
• I stock most items, and ship the same or next day. Priority mail. UPS or FedEx upon request. Temporary out of stocks do occur from time to time.
• Product offerings on the website are generally QHYCCD products.
